City Councilor Helps Children Celebrate Halloween
Decorating and treats for children at The Home for Little Wanderers' Knight Children's Center
Boston, MA — City Councilor Mike Ross and his staff celebrated Halloween a few days early this year with pumpkin decorating and treats for children at The Home for Little Wanderers’ Knight Children’s Center. On Friday, October 26, Ross and his staff arrived at The Home, prepared to decorate over 30 pumpkins, which were donated along with art supplies.
"Councilor Ross has been volunteering his time to paint pumpkins with the kids for a few years now," said Edie Janas, Program Director of the Knight Children’s Center. "He really connects and has fun with them. His dedication to The Home and to the children has been invaluable to us."
