The Home operates The Boston-Suffolk County Family Resource which is part of a state-wide network of Family Resource Centers. Family Resource Centers (FRCs) provide services to strengthen families by connecting them to resources within their own communities and offers innovative programming. In addition to assisting families with finding resources, the FRCs support families with youth who are at risk of needing court involvement (Child Requiring Assistance – CRA) because of their behavior.

Staff helps families find resources regarding:

      • Housing support
      • Education
      • Advocacy
      • Utility assistance
      • Legal help
      • Summer camps, sports leagues, and more

The FRC offers an array of services through its experienced and knowledgeable staff. Learn more about the services offered.

Families can receive services from any FRC in the Commonwealth. The Boston-Suffolk County FRC primarily services families from:

      • All neighborhoods of Boston
      • Chelsea
      • Winthrop
      • Revere
