Thomas L. Durling
Vice President of Finance

Thomas Durling serves as Vice President of Finance, a role he assumed in September 2013. In this capacity, Thomas oversees all operation aspects of the finance department including: the general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, payroll, audit, and investments. Thomas joined The Home in 1991 as an Accountant and has since held positions of increasing responsibility, the most recent of which was Director of Finance. Thomas is a data security officer for The Home’s WISP plan (Written Information Security Plan) and serves on the Executive Management Team, the Finance, Investment, and Real Estate Committee, and the Audit Committee.

Thomas brings over 20 years of experience in the field of non-profit work and children’s services. Prior to joining The Home, he worked for a CPA firm in Boston which specialized in services to non-profit organizations. Thomas is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bentley University with a B.S. in Accounting.
