Here is a new and innovative way to build camaraderie, friendly competition and morale in your office…and help out some deserving kids at The Home for Little Wanderers! Run your own office online auction that takes advantage of each employee’s individual interests, skills or humor by coming up with unique - even wacky - items for auction. It allows employees at all levels to get involved and be creative while helping to raise money for The Home.

Auction Item Suggestions
Typically, companies set realistic expectations that have each employee contributing an item with an average value of under $100. (Senior Management can always contribute more if they want to!) Consider creative items relevant to the workplace and let everyone use his or her imagination. Here are some ideas to get the creative juices going:

• Homemade dessert for a co-worker once a month for a year
• Senior Management serves lunch to a department
