PAIGE OLDAKER attended Stonehill College with an English and Secondary Education degree. Working initially as a teacher at a local high school, she noticed students falling through the cracks due to severe familial and or financial issues. This experience lead her to realize she wanted to dedicate herself to work benefitting children in crisis. After gaining some varied business experience at several Boston-based start-ups, she found her current career as a gifts officer at The Home for Little Wanderers. Realizing the potential impact her network could make in efforts to assist The Home's mission, she decided to revamp the Young Professionals Group with the help of some generous, and dedicated young leaders in the community. In addition to philanthropy, she enjoys freelance writing projects, live music, and traveling with friends.
