Congratulations to Recipients of The Home’s 2024 Employee Excellence Awards

The Home for Little Wanderers is delighted to announce the recipients of the organization’s 2024 Employee Excellence Awards.

These awards are granted to individuals nominated by their peers and are designed to identify employees who have made significant contributions in areas related to The Home’s core values and mission.

Coach of the Year – A manager or supervisor who makes a significant difference through their guidance and mentorship of staff

DEIB Champion – An employee who champions The Home’s DEIB work, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging throughout their work and interactions

Game Changer Award – An employee who has offered or implemented an idea to improve the work at a program/department for the organization

Guiding Light Award – An employee who consistently demonstrates The Home’s values keeping them front and center throughout their work and interactions with colleagues
