The Home for Little Wanderers Appoints Jody Holt as Chief Finance and Administrative Officer

BOSTON – The Home for Little Wanderers, New England’s largest nonprofit child and family welfare agency has appointed Jody Holt as Chief Finance and Administrative Officer. In her new role, Holt will be responsible for driving all financial functions, as well as information technology, risk management, contract management, human resources, and facilities. Her focus will be to partner with The Home’s leadership team to develop strategic initiatives that align with The Home’s mission of ensuring children thrive.

“Jody brings a proven track record of fiscal responsibility, deep financial and caregiving industry experience, and shares our vision and passion for ensuring all children grow up in safe, loving homes,” said Lesli Suggs, President and CEO of The Home for Little Wanderers. “As the nation’s oldest child welfare agency, The Home has served children and families in New England for more than 200 years, and with Jody I’m confident the agency will be well positioned to support children and families for generations to come.”

Holt brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations and has demonstrated success in positioning companies for strategic growth. She previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at leading organizations, including Koha Health, Covenant Living, and Single Digits. Holt began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She is a CPA who earned a B.S. in Accounting with Honors from The Pennsylvania State University. She is based on the Seacoast of New Hampshire.
